Professor Walter Bergmoser is an experimentally-orientated artists who has his strength in research in phenomenology and perception and how we, as human beings, perceive things in daily life.
Professor Bergmoser is also Vice Dean and Academic Leader for the Campus Berlin of University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) which is enhanced by his extensive experience in Photography and that he is continually active in the fields of Art and Photography.
His art does not follow a given concept, nor is it entirely intuitive. He responds photographically to the spaces and landscape he passes through and to the people he encounters. Hartwig Lorenz is a YTD Supplier Quality Manager for the Berlin-based company Diehl Metal Applications GmbH where he where he works in quality and supplier quality management. Prior to this he was a freelance engineer in the field of manufacturing process analysis and improvement, and Head of Quality and Environmental Management for Tyco Electronics AMP GmbH where he ran the department for quality, environmental, incoming goods management and material lab, with power of attorney. In addition, Hartwig also had a wide range of secondments to subsidiaries to set up or optimize manufacturing processes and for plant management with personnel responsibility in India, Indonesia, China and Egypt.
Hartwig has a degree in precision engineering and electronic device technology (Diplom Ingenieur) from the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. He gained this qualification after an apprenticeship as a mechanical engineering technician, followed by five years of work in various companies and after having gained a Technical diploma. In addition, he undertook his military service from 1979 to 1980 as a lance-corporal in Landshut, Germany.

Currently student of City and Regional Planning at the TU Berlin Lysia Leal had a previous career as an award-winning singer.
Lysia Leal first studied Music Education at The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Throughout her career as a singer, she participated in several TV shows, festivals, tours, and awards and is highly experienced in projects using music as a tool to create better infrastructure, revitalize degraded areas, as well as to promote social-economic development. Lysia participated in more than 20 cultural projects with multidisciplinary teams involving architecture, sports, art, and education, mostly in regions of social risk.
This passion has brought Lysia to a new career path in Urban planning. She has participated in the bachelor projects of Urban Resilience and E-mobility in TU Berlin.

Throughout the ongoing summer semester she invests more time in her part-time job as a barista in the Cookies and Cream Cafe while working on various photography and art projects in private.

Bettina is a senior manager for the organising committee of the Special Olympic World Games, Berlin 2023 gGmbH. She is responsible for Education, Science, Youth and Schools.
Bettina has been part of the Special Olympics family since 2008 where she has been involved in the areas of youth leadership and education. Bettina is part of the organising committee for The Special Olympics National Games which will take place in Berlin from 19 to 24 June 2022 and she is also part of the legacy team of the Local Organising Committee hosting The Special Olympic World Games in Berlin in 2023. Together with her team, she is in charge of the Unified Generation Program creating encounters between young people with and without ID and inclusive learning settings.

Born in 1965, Sascha Tamm studied philosophy, political science and physics in Dresden, Leipzig and Urbana-Champaign. After working as freelance coach, author and ghost-writer he joined Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) in 2001. In 2009 he became head of the Moscow office of FNF. Since 2014 he has worked at the International Department of FNF.
Sascha has published books and articles on various aspects of liberal political philosophy, European integration and foreign policy, among them: Property. Conceptions and Ideas (2009), Liberal Readings on Education (with Stefan Melnik, 2008) and Freedom and Competition: The Future of Europe (2006).
As an expert, Sascha frequently comments on developments in Russia and EU-Russia relations for Russian and German media. He is a regular columnist with the online magazine eigentümlich frei and hosts the podcast “A-sozial” on the youtube channel of eigentümlich frei.

Jutta Lux was a teacher at “Gymnasium Steglitz” for 25 years and taught German Literature and French. She also set up the student exchange programme with the Lycée Louis Le Grand in Paris. She is now retired and teaches Greek students on a private basis. She regularly attends English courses at the VHS.
