Katie has over 14 years’ experience in human resources and now leads the HR operations function for NATS encompassing the talent acquisition, generalist HR support and advice, and HR process, data and technology teams. She has previously held senior roles within other areas of HR such as reward, employment policy and employee relations. Katie graduated from Solent University with a first class honours in Human Resource Management and went on to further study and obtain a Masters in Human Resource Management and CIPD qualifications. She is also an alumnus of London Business School, having studied courses on negotiation, leadership, and HR strategy in transforming organisations. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling, improving her sailing skills (in warmer weather!) and performing as a lead singer of a wedding/function band.
