Sarah Stacey

Sarah is an experienced executive HR professional, currently director of HR Business Partnering at NATS responsible for a team of HR Business Partners / Advisers deployed across the UK and internationally, together with the Occupational Health and Aero Medical Service provision within the organisation. She has previous experience within high change environments including the utilities and transport sectors, typically working in areas of commercial development, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions.  Frequently working with Trades Unions in complex industrial relations environments, Sarah has been successful in effecting change which has enabled organisations to transform and ensure sustainable futures in challenging times.  She is now interested in the evolving challenges facing modern organisations, particularly cultural change, intergenerational working and mental health support in work. Sarah studies English and theatre studies at Warwich University and in interested in politics, culture, art and the environment.
