Lord Bailey of Paddington; London Assembly member; youth worker; co-founder, My Generation

Lord Bailey of Paddington (Shaun) is a passionate advocate for housing, youth empowerment, and community renewal. Born in North Kensington, Shaun turned early life challenges into a mission to support those in society who are often overlooked. He began as a youth worker in Ladbroke Grove and co-founded My Generation, tackling crime, educational failure, and unemployment head-on.

A London-wide Assembly Member since 2016 and now a member of the House of Lords, Shaun sits on the Built Environment Committee(House of lords) and remains a driving voice on housing, policing, and regeneration and has advised government on youth and crime. Sean also stood as a conservative candidate for London Mayor in 2021.

Shaun serves as Honorary Colonel for the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Cadets and is a regular voice in national media. His politics? Simple: back people, build communities, and never give up on potential.
